Peter Corrado is Domcor’s founder and visionary leader. He brings sound business management principles and a strong foundation in security services to the company. After honing his security and investigative skills working at Austro-Asian Security, Peter delved into the financial planning and audit channels, which give him unique insight into managing costs for customers.
Peter has grown Domcor from a one-person business to a well respected company with global reach and more than 500 employees excelling in all aspects of training and the security industry. He continues to seek opportunities that allow DOMCOR to provide necessary, emerging and vital security and training services in the changing security landscape.
Peter’s commitment to the security industry includes his own professional development. He is a member of IHASS (International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety), CIBPA (Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association), IAPA (International Accident Prevention Association), OIPMAC (Ontario Institute of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada), CANASA (Canadian Alarm Association), ASIS, IACST (International Association for Counter-Terrorism and Security Professionals), and FPED VII (Impacting on Global War on Terror).
Tom O’Rourke
VP of Operations, Western Canada
CVi Group – Domcor Health, Safety & Security & Safety Net Security Ltd.
Tom has over 19 years in managing large projects in multiple locations across Canada and the U.S. Tom came to Domcor\Safety Net Security after successful careers in the Oilfield and Military in the British Army, serving for 14 years in various hotspots including Desert Storm, Bosnia and United Nations tours. He has in-depth leadership skills, and operations management in Logistics. Tom left the British Military with an honorable discharge.
Tom will provide leadership and support for the site supervisor. He will also manage and implement the Quality Assurance Reporting and Audit while providing solutions to any areas of concern for the client in the event they require clarification or have a service concern.
Jessica Joyce-Sek
VP of Operations, Eastern Canada

Jessica Joyce-Sek is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for CVi Group and Domcor Health, Safety & Security. With over 11 years of dedicated experience within the security industry, Jessica has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise, successfully ascending through various roles at Domcor Health, Safety & Security. Her career path began as a Security Guard, where she honed her skills on the front lines of security management. Through her commitment and hard work, she subsequently advanced to the position of Scheduling Supervisor, followed by Operations Manager, and ultimately achieving the esteemed title of Vice President of Operations.
Jessica’s journey in the security sector is underpinned by a solid academic foundation in Police Foundations, which she pursued through post-secondary education in southern Ontario. This educational background has equipped her with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to navigate the complexities of the security landscape. In 2013, she made the strategic decision to relocate to Thunder Bay, Ontario, where she continued to expand her professional horizons and contribute significantly to the local security community.
In her current role as VP of Operations, Jessica is responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational functions, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and staff development initiatives. Her strategic vision and ability to implement effective operational procedures have been instrumental in the growth and success of both CVi Group and Domcor Health, Safety & Security. Jessica is known for her keen analytical skills and her capacity to foster a collaborative and proactive work environment, ensuring that her teams are well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of the security sector.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica is also deeply committed to community service. She volunteered as a Midshipman at the Navy League of Canada in Hamilton, Ontario, where she played a vital role in fostering youth development and promoting maritime education. Her involvement with the Navy League reflects her dedication to instilling values of discipline, leadership, and civic responsibility in the next generation.
